Power of the One Heart

This is the Blessing that I learned in 2012 in Sedona.  It's  so powerful and is changing my life.  A gift that has to be shared!  I'm getting awesome feedback.  I hope you'll check it out, whatever your beliefs.  It's meant to be inclusive.

I now offer Glenda Green's Christ Blessing on Wed. nights at 9:30 pm eastern time.  Here's how we do it.  Wherever you are, at 9:30 pm you'll sit with your feet on the floor - shoes off - and socks if you're not too cold.  Or natural fiber socks.  Nothing on your head, unless it's part of your beliefs.  Sit fairly straight, but be comfortable.  Arms and legs uncrossed.  While sitting, bring your attention into your heart, and allow the deepest prayer of your heart to emerge, whatever that is for you.  It might even be non-verbal.  During that time I 'll be conveying the Blessing, along with some other Blessing Givers.  (it includes words and gestures).  Sit with your prayer for ten minutes.  Then lie down for   at least another ten minutes, or as long as you need without thinking.  The idea of floating comes close.  You will be integrating the energy of the Blessing.  Falling asleep is ok.
